This in the worst interview experiance I have ever had!! It started with a phone interview were they asked me about my resume. A week later I had an in person interview. I had sat there waiting over a half hour then the interview came to great me. Just as I was about to head back to her office she answered a phone call and told me she was too busy to interview me that day and to come back another day. I had took the day off at my current job to come interview and yet she could not take 5 mins out of her day to interview me. I am an understanding person so I came back 5 days later. That day there was an awful snow storm and I still decided to come to the interview. During the interview, the interviewer kept hinting that I had the job and said they will contact me in 2 weeks either way. I hadn't received anything so I emailed her back and she instantly responded that they were moving in other directions. I could have at least been sent an email. They don't care about the interviewers time.
The interview focused on my resume, the questions were quite straight questions, the general style of the interview I was comfortable with the conversation, covered expectations, pay and time off as well as health info.
Not difficult. Meet with Hiring Manager and Manager above. Due to the Manager above, it took longer to onboard than it would have normally, from what I was told and have learned.

Misleading, deceptive, so many red flags from the get go. Building wasn’t well kept. Felt manipulated and pressure to take less than I was told initially. Very vague compensation schedule that’s hard to understand. Management refuses to help understand.
