1st step) Phone Interview with director of sales 2nd step) face to face interview with director of sales 3rd step) color and aptitude test. 4th step) Create proposal and 60 second commercial. 5th)Interview with Regional Director. 6th step) hour phone interview with corporate. 7th step) offer and paperwork. Then two weeks of company training and daily test taking. Final exam after two weeks. You must pass with an overall of 82% or better or you have to restart the whole process over.

The sales training was designed by an accountant or attorney. Even though you know the sales process from experience. You must use their answers from the training, even though their wrong.
