Interview
There are three stages you must pass in order to get the job.
First stage: You will be given a typical HR dog & pony show, the building tour. You will be asked to fill out a typical application. After completing the application forms, you will be quizzed on your opinions and views, as well as on your ability to do simple mathematics and arithmetic. A video will be presented to you, along with a brief explanation of the technology the company uses on-line.
Second stage: You will have returned with a presentation you are to perform for one of the main honchos at the top of the pyramid at this locale. You will also tag along with one of the sales members on a "job" where the agent will go to a local business and explain/introduce their services. Upon returning from the trip you will be asked about some of your thoughts and opinions on the whole process you just witnessed. You will then also take a color test which is supposed to describe you psychologically to the interviewer. You will then be introduced to a very thick book, which is supposed to show you the ropes and teach you how to conduct your sales.
Third stage: If you are selected as a candidate, you will receive a phone call from the corporate headquarters in Atlanta. From thereon you will undergo a phone interview. If having passed, they will give the "okay" to hire you.
