3 interviews. In-depth, intense, wanted to make sure I would "make the phone calls" for cold calling. (a huge part of the job) Promised bigger compensation and longer lasting guarantee than actually existed. Was hired to represent 5 radio stations and their websites. (After months of establishing relationships and contacts, was told we were going to one station per recent account executives and I would have to give up all my accounts not on that station.)

Will you be able to promise to make at least 50 prospecting phone calls a day?
No Drug Test. Easy process. Everyone nice. Honest about the work and its difficulty. Nothing really to hide behind. No background check beyond a MVR that I passed with DUI a few years back.

What was a hard thing you have started and finished.
Very in depth interview process. The first interview was over the phone and took an hour. The second interview was with the local market manager. On the third interview I met the sales team and had a back and forth conversation.
Very casual conversational interview, in person, comfortable environment. Second interview was virtual, also very casual, non intimidating, conversation. Definitely felt appreciated and welcomed. Management seemed to really care for their employees and their success.
