Pretty customary interview. Be prepared to answer the ubiquitous "what are you greatest strengths/weaknesses." Also, they will ask about handling difficult situations, and to elaborate on the experience/outcome/what you learned. Don't sound overly nervous; they like confident people at Cumulus. (Confident mind you, but not overly so). There is generally a phone interview, and a one-on-one interview.
