Heard ad on radio. Called and submitted resume. Was contacted by corporate recruiter for interview. Interviewed with corporate person for job. After first interview given personality test. Invited back for interview with local sales managers and sales team. Then came back for 3rd interview - watched recruitment video and went on calls with senior sales rep. Had to design PowerPoint presentation and role play with recruiter.

Several questions regarding willingness to make 100+ cold calls per week! every week.
No Drug Test. Easy process. Everyone nice. Honest about the work and its difficulty. Nothing really to hide behind. No background check beyond a MVR that I passed with DUI a few years back.

What was a hard thing you have started and finished.
Very in depth interview process. The first interview was over the phone and took an hour. The second interview was with the local market manager. On the third interview I met the sales team and had a back and forth conversation.
Very casual conversational interview, in person, comfortable environment. Second interview was virtual, also very casual, non intimidating, conversation. Definitely felt appreciated and welcomed. Management seemed to really care for their employees and their success.
