I interviewed during a busy time-- During upcoming holiday schedules, all show planning must be done in advance. With that said, I still was given quick email response time from my initial interview offer. I did two separate interviews, one with the Traffic Manager and the other as a group interview with the rest of the Continuity team that I would be working with. Everyone was really nice-- the company culture is great among the employee base, but it seems that upper management is so tied up by corporate demands to be more focused on lower level needs. Overall I was happy with the interview experience; a lot of it went to the wayside of figuring out my personality under stressful environments. This job has strict deadlines and a lot can--and will--go wrong under the wire.
