I had an in office interview with a great local manager and was even given the opportunity for a shadow day to see if I feel like the job was a good fit for me. Then I was sent to a phone call with a corporate executive that stood me up for a phone call and made me go out of my way reschedule it while on a family vacation. He did not apologize. Then on the day of our next phone call made me call him every five minutes and leave messages until he called me back 45 minutes late and didn't even apologize. He acted like his time was way more valuable than mine. He was very stoic and disengaged on the phone.

What was one time you have been told no in your life and how did you turn that in to a yes?
No Drug Test. Easy process. Everyone nice. Honest about the work and its difficulty. Nothing really to hide behind. No background check beyond a MVR that I passed with DUI a few years back.

What was a hard thing you have started and finished.
Very in depth interview process. The first interview was over the phone and took an hour. The second interview was with the local market manager. On the third interview I met the sales team and had a back and forth conversation.
Very casual conversational interview, in person, comfortable environment. Second interview was virtual, also very casual, non intimidating, conversation. Definitely felt appreciated and welcomed. Management seemed to really care for their employees and their success.
