If you can get past the modules during the application, you're a shoe in for being hired. Most people fail the virtual reality part of the application. It makes you decide how to respond to possible situations tht can happen in the store, if you can't get passed that, you won't interview.

Question 1
How would you fit into CVS' role of helping customers on a path to better health?
It was very easy and straightforward. Common questions asked. Had to fill out forms beforehand about personality, how you work with people, how you learn, and how you teach. I believe if you don't pass these questions you don't get offered an interview.
Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.

Very chill in person interview, asks a few question and availability and thats it. Overall a very easy process to be completely honest. Love cvs though and think its a good place to work
