Interview
Application-->assessment-->interview-->offer letter-->3 days of orientation and paid training. In that order. If you don't take your time to answer the assessment questions wisely your application will not be forwarded to store managers who would call to schedule an interview. The assessment is heavily based on customer service and leadership skills.
It was very easy and straightforward. Common questions asked. Had to fill out forms beforehand about personality, how you work with people, how you learn, and how you teach. I believe if you don't pass these questions you don't get offered an interview.
Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.
