The hiring process was typical for your average corporate retail chain. Basically came down to my personality and availability of hours as opposed to any sort of special skills. They interviewed me briefly over the phone and the 1:1 interview was held in a very small managers office with no air conditioning. This can make it had to stay comfortable, so dress accordingly while still professional.

I got asked about history from other jobs and what I did. Told me about how you can work a different cvs in the area. Asked my availability. What I look at when working a job. Told me about working holidays, and it’s extra pay.

My availability and when I’m able to work and not work.
I had a fast and easy interview, mostly basic questions like pervious work experience and personality questions. It's great for people with little to no previous experience and willing to work customer service.
Very simple and quick interview process. I received feedback within 2 weeks. It involves a short conversation with the store manager about customer service, availability, teamwork, and handling retail situations.
