Initial communications and interview are done through a corporate recruiter. Subsequent interviews are a mix of phone and on-site in Northbrook IL, a suburb of Chicago. In total I interviewed with 6 or seven people across about 5 interviews. The people with whom I interviewed were all very nice and helpful in answering the questions I asked of them. The office is nice and the work culture is very collaborative and relaxed. Some would say the work is stressful but in my opinion it is no worse than an average job with regular deadlines.
