The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CVS Health in Feb 2010
Interview
I don't think my interview was typical. I came in, shook hands with the store manager, she went off on a rant about employees and CVS, and asked about my previous job (where I was laid off and left on generally positive terms). Then I was offered a job. I guess there's supposed to be a second interview, but she said it wasn't necessary because I give a good first impression. I got the idea they just needed warm bodies, which would have been a complete turnoff if I hadn't needed the job so badly. I also made it very clear I wanted full time hours (part time was all that was available) and opportunities for advancement. I then just had to wait a few days for my background check to clear.

Question 1
how would you handle if a customer isn’t satisfied?
Good, I learned a lot about the process. I advanced my skills heavily, great place to work at. I loved the process behind it, I love the people, I love the job!
It went well they ask you the normal questions why would you be a good fit and if you graduated highschool and some other questions it wasn’t a difficult interview but I’m sure everywhere is different I was just myself
