My interview was an interview for a shift supervisor I got the position my résumé was good and the online zoom class was amazing. The manager is a sweetheart who really care for her team. CVS is definitely a good place to work.
It was very easy and straightforward. Common questions asked. Had to fill out forms beforehand about personality, how you work with people, how you learn, and how you teach. I believe if you don't pass these questions you don't get offered an interview.
Interview was a simple conversation about job requirements and availability as well as previous work experience. Interviewer was polite and encouraging, mostly conversational with little stress. Talked about training they provide and expectations as well.
