I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CVS Health (Detroit, MI) in Dec 2014
Interview
It was an Open House held at a nearby store. I brought in my résumé and handed it to a very nice young person who entered information into a computer and asked me a few general questions (not the actual interview). I waited for a few minutes and was then brought into a break room and sat down opposite another very nice young person. The interviewer looked over my résumé, and asked me a few more conversational type questions. Also, told me how easy it is to move up if you apply yourself. It was a very laid-back and pleasant experience. I later found out that the person conducting interviews was the area pharmacy manager (over many pharmacies).
I was offered the job on the spot! There were things I had to do from home on my computer and background check, etc. to finalize the process.

I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
