i had to apply online at the cvs website. i applied to numerous locations and the next day visited them to inquire about my application and potential openings. i was called for an initial interview with the supervising pharmacist and then had to go back for a second with the store manager. i then had to submit for a background check and drug test once the job was offered. They let me know that i was hired as soon as they received the results.

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
