Interview
For a WFH position it was multiple interviews. Initial phone intake and then a video interview. I did hear that some of my coworkers didn’t get the video interview though.

Just standard customer service questions and then a role playing a call.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.

Difficult I don’t remember because I didn’t hear back from them for months then received a denial email. I did complete the assessment and virtual job tryout. I did not get the position or a further offer
