I applied online. It took about a week for HR to call me back and set up an interview time. When went in for the interview, it was just me and the store manager (although I think the Pharmacy manager should have been there as well) and lasted about 20 minutes. He then showed me where I'd be working and introduced me to the staff working that day.

Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
