The interview really wasn’t an interview at all which is a plus. But I ended up not accepting the job due to long training. I believe it was 10 weeks long. No days off whatsoever within the training period. I also wasn’t sure about the job description.

More so a job offer. The only question I remember was a verification of my address.
The interview process included an online application, an assessment, and a virtual interview. The questions focused on customer service, problem-solving, and handling difficult situations. The process was organized, professional, and easy to follow.
The interview process was straightforward. I met with the hiring manager, answered questions about my experience, availability, and customer service skills, and had the opportunity to ask questions about the position.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well
