Interview
I received an email requesting the interview in three days.
I was told to ask at the front for my interviewer by name and would be shown to the office and when I did, I was told that this store did not have a Minute Clinic. What?!? So I went to the pharmacy and tried again. When I finally got to the interview, it went smoothly. The interview was more like a conversation than an interview. Most questions were softball like the one I listed.
They follow the Hirevue process which has preset questions you have to answer on video. Straightforward process, Phone screen with recruiter, then scheduled interview with hiring leader. Slow to get back to you but eventually they will.
Interview Process is very streamlined after the application is submitted. The response is prompt as well. The offer is very prompt as well and is forwarded with the steps to further do your screening for health and background.

Asked great questions, a lot of situational based questions like “tell me a time…” the interviewer made the interview comfortable and welcoming. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and ended with an offer being offered at the end of the interview
