Interview
It was brief. One interview was with the store manage because the store I applied to was so busy that the P.I.C had to interview with me another day. Pay was discussed during the interview but if it out of the range that the p.i. wants to pay you (which it will be) you will be told that approval will be needed fro a district manager.
Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
