Interview
The store I worked for required two interviews - one with the store manager and one with the pharmacy manager. My first interview was with the store manager. Upon their approval, I was able to interview with the pharmacy manager. They are mostly concerned with attitude and character. They are looking for dependable and trustworthy employees - as working with medication is very serious. They will ask a lot of character questions similar to those found in the online application.
Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
