Interview
Applied online April 8th and had assessment same day. Received an email on April 17th to self schedule an interview with recruiter which I scheduled April 20th. Recruiter scheduled me with a Teams video interview for April 25th with the hiring manager. I received my offer 2 days later by phone on April 27th. My background cleared on April 28th! Very quick process and smooth onboarding! Can’t wait to start on June 5th!

The interview process included an online application, an assessment, and a virtual interview. The questions focused on customer service, problem-solving, and handling difficult situations. The process was organized, professional, and easy to follow.
The interview process was straightforward. I met with the hiring manager, answered questions about my experience, availability, and customer service skills, and had the opportunity to ask questions about the position.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well
