Interview
The interview process was open face to face interview half free form and half pre-written questions. Interview usually is done by pharmacy supervisor. For all cvs interns an automatic interview is granted. My supervisor called me 2 days before my interview to set it up and went in relaxed. Best advice I received was to always be confident and sure of your words. He was also laid back and interview ran for about 2 hours just outlining my career goals and each others expectations.
My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.
