Interview
Very quick and easy. The initial interview is in person and the hiring manager just asks you the basic interview questions. After the interview you should expect a response within the next 48 regarding their decision. If hired you’ll move on to the next step in the hiring process. You’ll receive an email with your offer letter, then several other emails to complete your application and background checks. After all is done, you’ll receive one last email to set up your own orientation day.

Tell me about yourself. Tell me about an instance where you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle the situation?
I got asked about history from other jobs and what I did. Told me about how you can work a different cvs in the area. Asked my availability. What I look at when working a job. Told me about working holidays, and it’s extra pay.

My availability and when I’m able to work and not work.
I had a fast and easy interview, mostly basic questions like pervious work experience and personality questions. It's great for people with little to no previous experience and willing to work customer service.
Very simple and quick interview process. I received feedback within 2 weeks. It involves a short conversation with the store manager about customer service, availability, teamwork, and handling retail situations.
