Applied online in July, got a call for an interview 2 months later. Walked in, waited about 5-10 minutew, and was taken to a room in the back of the store to interview with the pharmacy manager and lead tech. It was very relaxed and conversational. Only last about 10 minutes. They asked a few questions, told me what the training process was like and that was it. I won't know if I got the position for another week because they have other interviews. Overall, it was a positive experience.
