Interview
My interview process was very smooth. I got asked several questions about my job experience and some scenario-based questions (for example: "explain a time you had to resolve a situation with a frustrated customer"). I believe they are called STAR questions - an acronym that stands for Situation, Task, Action, and Result. If you look some of the samples online for STAR questions, it might be helpful to take some notes and think about your related experiences in advance so that you don't have to "hmm" and "uhhh" thinking about it on the spot.
My position was for a remote customer service rep and so all of my interviews were via phone and zoom. All of my interviewers were friendly, fun and very knowledgeable. My first step after I applied was an email I received, stating that someone wanted to schedule a brief phone consultation with me. It only took about 25 minutes and they were just asking me about my general experience and making sure the job requirements were as I expected. After that, I received another email to schedule my zoom interview (the official interview) about 4 weeks later. During my phone interview, they did let me know about how long it would take to get my zoom request email, which was awesome. It made it so nice to know what to expect and how long to wait up-front. My zoom interview was seamless and easy. It took about 2 hours to get through the whole thing (be sure to dress appropriately and have the camera and lighting at a good setting). There was two women interviewing me. One was mostly writing notes, while the other asked questions; both were very very nice and relaxed. They explained the job duties and training in detail before the interview actually took place (about 20 minutes), so I knew exactly what to expect moving forward and could ask any job-duty, benefits or training related questions in the beginning. They answered all of my questions honestly and truthfully throughout the process. I hope this helps!!! Good luck!!
