The interview process started smoothly, with each interview a week apart. After my third interview, I did not hear anything. I sent a follow up email. It was 2 weeks after my last interview that I had a response that they were still interviewing for another 2 weeks and would get back to me. What was pff putting was my last interviewer did not have a next step for me because she said “she was not the hiring manager”. No timeline was given as to when to hear from the recruiter or hiring manager as she did not have one. Two months after the initial interview I was not chosen for the role. Which is fine, but to keep candidates strung along for that long is unacceptable and disrespectful of their time.
