Interview
First a phone interview with the internal recruiter which was pleasant and a typical interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager, typical questions. After this interview an offer was extended quickly. Initial wait for an interview can take several weeks.
Great interview process and the managers were very engaging. The interview was composed of valuable information and questions were answered to the best of their abilities. Interviewing team was nice and made me feel at home

What makes you think you’re the best candidate for the job?
Fairly straightforward interviews. I Completed my second interview two months ago and was told they would follow up either way. I Was expecting at least an email, but overall it was the standard interview process.
The interview process was thorough and professional. It began with a phone screening, followed by a panel interview with senior staff. Questions focused on clinical experience, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. The final stage included a practical assessment in a simulated clinical environment. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
