Extensive resume oriented questions and behavioral questions were posed in the first few rounds. Later rounds concentrated on situation based questions. Impetus was given to corporate culture and the position fit. Candidates were assessed based on their previous experience in the job role

A recruiter (3rd party) will call for a screening phone call, which lasts around 20 mins and then a face-to-face discussion, which lasts 1 hour. I didn't hear anything after that for a long time. Then got a rejection after 3 months.
