Interview
Position was posted online. Received a phone call about 10 days later for an interview. Interview was 2 1/2 weeks later at district office (second floor of a local CVS). Interviewed with RX supervisor. Normally would have been with DM also, but she was out of town. First thing she asked was how was your weekend. Had heard that is standard because they want you to relax. Gave her my CV since she had not looked at it before hand. She perused it while asking me 3 different questions. If you don't provide the answer quite the way they wanted, they'll tell you how you should have answered just to help you for the next time. At the end, she went over the main highlights of my CV and why I was good candidate and answered any questions I had. We then chatted for awhile about everyday stuff.
My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.

Interview
The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
