Interview with Recruiter over phone, then with hiring manager and then with other members of the team. After final interview and after I sent my thank you to the recruiter I was working with they went radio silent. I was ghosted. Only to receive a generic automated rejection letter from them a month later. - Please let your candidates know as soon as you know they are not a fit. Waiting a month for an automated response, that should have come from the recruiter was not a pleasant experience. Based on this experience I won't be applying to other roles with them. Negative experience on the process, but I do have to say they have a nice portal for candidate resources etc, So because of that I will say my overall experience was neutral.
