Pretty simple and stress free, took about 10 minutes and was offered the job. This was for a part time postition, so the "intensity" of the interview was pretty small.

Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.
