I didn't clear after my 1st round maybe because I do not have experience in Health Tech. I felt like the process was tough, it's a huge company and getting in Health Tech is way challenging. I would have loved to have experienced further rounds of interviews. I think being a graduate with less experience in general made it hard for me to get into.
