Initial interview with a recruiter that had been in a similar situation of being laid off for months. Said they understood and would ensure I received an interview since my qualifications were a direct match. Then the person ghosted me. Did not respond to any of my follow-up inquiries about the position. This organization does not seem to care about potential employees.
