1 phone interview with a recruiter, 2 phone interviews with hiring managers. They asked a lot of questions regarding my education and experience during phase 1. During phase 2 it was more behavioral questions. When I had my 3rd interview, I hit it off with the hiring manager and we were definitely on the same page regarding onboarding, training and culture. My interview were on a Thursday and I was offered a job the following Monday. I had a really good overall experience.
