Over the phone pre screening, moving to recruiter phone call. Not many clinical questions asked, provided most information about benefits, company culture, expectations. I declined to continue the interview process to the next step with hiring manager or regional manager due to work life balance concerns.

What my expectations of working in a free standing clinic are
The interview process was pretty straight forward with a phone call from the recruiter and then in person with the manager. Took around 3-4 weeks for the whole interview process.

Quick walk through with a a recruiter and then a nice conversation with a clinical lead for the area. Very low stress and cordial. There were a couple clinical questions and some questions about background
