I had the screening call and 2 rounds of interviews. The first round I wasn't made aware it was a panel interview but it went well. I also want to note that the 1st round was also rescheduled last minute to a week later. 2nd round, there was really little information about the individuals I was interviewing with which impacted my prep but it went alright.
All of this would be fine but my issue was being told I would hear back from the hiring manager and yet I never did. Again, that's fine but in this current job market I find it extremely heartless and disrespectful to job seekers to be completely ignored when you reach out to several different people looking for an update, quite literally just a yes or no. As soon as it seems you're out of the running all communication from the team and recruiters died. No feedback or any sort of communication, I confirmed I was passed up on for the position by checking WorkDay.
It's a tough job market but I think it shows a lot about an organization when things are handled this way and they show how disposable they see their workforce is.
