I applied online, had a phone screen, and then a detailed interview discussing my experience and skills. I also completed a practical test and met with the pharmacy manager before receiving an offer and starting training.

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
