Interview
Very stress-free and straightforward. The interviewer asked direct questions and genuinely listened to what you had to say. I didn’t feel challenged to answer the questions and felt as though the interview was an attempt for both sides to gain a a better understanding of the role/candidate.
Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
