Applied online got a call back in a week. Did a phone interview asked basic questions about my background, experience, and education to get to know me better. Than got called in for a 1 on 1 interview and was asked customer service questions and situation questions. It was pretty straight forward. Than they told me they will get back to me within a week if I got the jib. Got a call back 3 days after saying i did.
