I used the application portal and applied. Fortunately, I heard back from a recruiter and the process from then on went smoothly. I ended up having to do an interview over Teams and the questions that were asked were relevant to the job. It was around a 15 minute interview that asked about who I was and why I wanted this job and included real life situations.

Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
