Was okay, they seemed desperate to fill positions and would hire just about anyone off the streets as long as they passed a drug screen and background check. They don't train the technician trainees very well and treat them just as poorly as they do the already state certified technicians. I get paid less than most and I have been with the company for over a year and was already both state and PTCB certified when they hired me on but put me on as a trainee to pay me less money. I have had one raise and it wasn't eve worth it. I am looking to leave to find a better company where I can lean more and actually do the job of a technician and make it into a career and not just some place to go to earn a pay check.
