The interviewer explained the company policies and procedures and what the company expects from its employees in a professional manner. Punctuality displayed and business like conversation on how to help customers politely.

How do I handle a situation where someone is having a rough day and is being rude, name a time where I hade to step in and prevent or calm a situation down.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Interview
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
