They had already filled the position I applied for, so they were interviewing me for another open position that didn't match the job description or my qualifications. They weren't forthcoming with this information, however. I wish they would have explained this during the recruiting call and not wasted everyone's time.
recruiter screened me said we would move forward and ghosted me…2nd time in a row which it’s fine if the position closes or circumstances change but i find it unprofessional management of leads
