In person interview with store manager where we discussed my previous sales roles and how that would transfer. Additionally, I met with a few other members of staff to get their experience of the company and store.
Online quiz basically decides everything but I was told you should have very strong opinions either way (strongly agree or strongly disagree) in order to have a chance at being interviewed

They treated it like a professional interview. "Tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years?, why do you think you are the best fit for this company?, etc." It was 30 minutes long. The manager made me wait so long for our scheduled interview
