I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cable One (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2011
Interview
Phone interview, then Assessment test, then personal interview with recruiter. Very basic questions. It is more customer service orientated than technical. If you dont pass, you are looking for the wrong line of work. There were two recruiters that worked at cable one at the time. Both were fired a few months after I was hired. They did not use the star/sar/war interview method while interviewing me.
