Basic initial phone interview regarding customer service. what to do if a customer becomes belligerent? Follow up interview on basic golf knowledge. How many clubs in a bag, etc.
Interview was straightforward and entailed questions pertaining to the game of golf, rules and customer service experience questions as well. Second phase was an assessment and third phase is a group interview.

light phone interview asking about some basic golf knowledge then group interview that happened about a week later. The group interview was a quick easy process that was follow up by a background screening. After the check came back clear they were ready to get me in to do 3 different sessions of training for each type of caddying.
