The interview was very quick. It didnt seem thorough at all. I felt like they were just rishing to hire someone for the position. They offered me the job on the spot. After i declined i found out they offered it to 3 more people after that, who all declined. They center was on a corrective action plan. The director served like she wanted to hire someone to carry the workload. The regional director was very friendly and professional.
