Interview process consisted of 4 stages: recruiter screener, two 1:1 interviews, and a panel interview. The recruiter was professional and reasonably responsive throughout the process. The first interviewer was personable and asked relevant stat questions and how I’d approach certain problems.
The last 1:1 interview aligned with concerns I had previously seen mentioned on Glassdoor. A significant portion of the discussion focused on criticizing how my current company approaches unrelated areas of work, rather than understanding my actual responsibilities, experience, or fit for the role itself.
